If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you have purchased from Cue & Case, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase to receive a refund or exchange it for the same item. Cue & Case will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping, handling, and a 20% restocking fee) to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Original shipping costs (if applicable) and return shipping costs will be at the purchaser’s expense. Items may not be exchanged or returned after the 30 day post purchase period has expired. Please ensure that any product you wish to return is unused, in its original packaging and has all tags still attached. It is at the discretion of Cue & Case to determine if the product has been used.

• Cues and shafts must show no signs of use and must be returned in the original poly bag (e.g. plastic on the handle, all tags still attached, no scrapes, scuffs, chalk, etc.)
• Cases must be returned in the original polybag, all tags still attached, and show no signs of use
• Other accessories must arrive back in the original packaging

This policy applies to items purchased from www.cueandcase.com only and does not apply to Cue & Case products purchased through other retailers.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Please keep the tracking information of your return to monitor delivery status.

Typical return processing takes 30 days. Once your return has been received and has passed inspection, we will issue the credit to the original payment method.
